What is Malachi Family Support?
Our most requested service, one-to-one therapeutic Family Support is an intensive programme which builds bridges to your most difficult to reach families.
A trained professional helps parents to understand how their actions impact on the well-being of their children and how, by making the right choices they can improve their children’s life chances and their family relationships.

How will it help my school?
Our intervention helps families to leave behind the patterns that create barriers to improvement and learning. In short, you can expect:

-Better attendance
-Less classroom disruption
-Children with improved emotional resilience
-Genuine lasting change
We will also co-ordinate multi-agency support via the CAF process where necessary.

What’s involved?
Malachi Family Support is an intensive programme of practical support and one-to-one therapy. It’s tailored to the needs of the individual family and based on our proven therapeutic intervention model. What it delivers is a safe, non-judgemental space for parents to explore and understand their situation and make the right choices for the well-being of their family.

For the family, we are an independent organisation which has no agenda other than to improve the life chances of their children. However, we report to you and you have full visibility of our progress and results at your fingertips though our Insight reporting system, as well as regular updates from our team in your school.

When can we start?
All it takes is a call to start the journey towards a more positive teaching and learning environment in your school. Call today on 0121 441 4556 or email us on
