Healthwatch Birmingham provides patients, the public, service users and carers with routes to share their experiences and views about local health and social care services. Our online Feedback Centre (www.healthwatchbirmingham.co.uk) allows people to rate and feedback about specific services. People can also feedback via calling our Information and Signposting Line (0800 652 5278) or by emailing (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Healthwatch Birmingham uses those experiences to drive improvement in health and social care - we share trends with those that provide or commission those services to influence improvement, now and in the future. We hold providers to account for improving services based on recommendations we make, which come directly from patient or public feedback.
