Feel-Good Wellbeing Service
|Organisation||Health Exchange CIC|
27 Moseley Road
Our Feel-Good Wellbeing Service can help to improve your sense of wellbeing, reduce levels of anxiety and depression, allowing you to take control of your life.
Our service is a low level intervention scheme to help promote a happy health mental wellbeing and lifestyle. It is a collaboration between Health Exchange and MyTime.
What does the service offer?
You will meet with your personal Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) who will offer one-to-one wellbeing support via telephone, group based therapy and in the community.
Our emphasis is on the wellbeing of clients, rather than on illness or mental health problems.
The psychological wellbeing service is delivered by Birmingham Mental Health consortium offering free one-to-one wellbeing support, telephone support, group based therapy and wellbeing support in the community by workers that are sensitive to cultural and diverse needs of the community. We mind about wellbeing of the clients rather than emphasising that one has to be ill or with a mental health problem.
This aspect of work will be delivered as collaboration between HEX and Mytime.
