Due to the growing concerns around the Coronavirus/Covid-19 pandemic, RSVP have made changes to the way we will be working, to protect you, to protect our team, and to play our part in reducing the spread of infection.
The following measures are in place to help protect everyone, whilst continuing to offer support in the best way we can in the given circumstances.
From 18th March, all scheduled face to face sessions will move to phone support. Our main office and outreach sites will not be open.
We know this will be disappointing news for many of you. We encourage you to take up our offer of telephone support, we’re still here for you.
If you’re unable to accept a phone call from us (for example, if you don’t have a personal phone) , please email email@example.com (for counselling and wellbeing appointments) or firstname.lastname@example.org (for ISVA/advocacy appointments).

Our trained helpline volunteers are there to listen and support you, and those around you. They won’t judge you or give you advice; their aim is to help you with any decision you want to make.
We offer information in the following areas:
• Dealing with the effects of sexual violence and abuse
• Coping with self harm
• Deciding whether to report to the police
• Other RSVP services available such as counselling
• Services offered by other agencies
We know it can be hard to take that first step and call; we respect this. How much you choose to discuss of your own experiences is entirely your own decision.

- Staff are suitably qualified
