Our free confidential counselling service is open seven days a week, we offer day, evening and weekend appointments.
Counselling is available to you, your partner, family, and friends.
Our trained counsellors listen with empathy and sensitivity. They don’t judge or give advice; their aim is to explore feelings and to support you in the decisions you make. Your voice will be heard to help you make positive choices.
You can choose to see either a male or female counsellor.
Our counselling service is available to women and men from 18 in the Birmingham and Solihull areas. Our services are offered from Birmingham City Centre and a few other locations around Birmingham and Solihull. If you are under 18 we can put you in touch with an agency that can support you.
Survivors can receive up to 24 counselling sessions. Supporters to survivors can receive up to 10 counselling sessions.
