We offer support to asylum seekers and refugees who have experienced sexual violence, rape or sexual torture in any country.

Counselling – If you are female we offer free, individual and confidential counselling. Our counsellors don’t judge or give advice; they will explore your feelings and support you in the decisions you make.

Practical Advice – We have close links with the charity Hope Projects, who can help with
Housing, destitution, isolation, health, legal and immigration issues

Free Connections Social Group for female and male survivors – Since the trauma of sexual violence, rape, and sexual torture can be isolating, especially when you’re in a new country, we run a group called ‘Connections’ to help you settle and feel part of a community. They are a great way to get to know the area, meet new people, make new friends, and try out different fun activities, all in a safe environment. We also use interpreters when required so you can be supported in your own language. The Connections Social Group meets every month.

We use interpreters so you can be supported in your own language.
