Accessibility details We all have a responsibility to keep ourselves and each other safe. You can see some of the measures we now have in place, because of Covid-19, to make the Centre a safer place by viewing our Covid-19 Risk Assessment on our website.

Please note, You must wear a face mask when entering or moving about the building. You must sanitise on arrival and departure using the dispensers provided.

We are a counselling centre in the heart of Birmingham. We are dedicated to providing a low cost first class face to face counselling service for adults from Birmingham and the surrounding area, who can travel to meet a counsellor here. We also provide a telephone counselling service.

Due to the Pandemic and national lockdown, the Church building in which the Centre is housed, is temporarily closed. As a result, we are not currently able to offer our normal face to face counselling service at this time. However, we continue to offer our telephone counselling service to both existing clients and new clients. Those seeking counselling may still apply to go onto our waiting list.

After the current national lockdown has ended, and Birmingham is classified as Tier 3 or below, we will begin to resume the face to face counselling service.

Our voicemail service is operating at all times, therefore please leave a brief message and appropriate contact details if you would like to have a return call.
