Equine Facilitated Therapy (EFP) involves taking part in activities with horses that are designed to help people learn about themselves, their feelings and their behaviour. The horse and the therapist act as a team to encourage self-reflection and develop insight. Our services are available to individuals, children, parents. We also offer family therapy. EFP is a powerful therapy which takes place outside and is therefore particularly relevant during the Covid crisis and for those seeking an alternative to room based or remote therapies.
We also have therapeutic venues in Bromsgrove and Henley in Arden, which are listed on our website
