We are a free local wellbeing support service, offering emotional wellbeing and low-level mental health support sessions to anyone aged 18+. We are currently operating by telephone but hope to offer face-to-face support when the church site reopens.

We can support you by offering:

- A non-judgemental listening ear
- Self-help tips and skills for managing difficult emotions and stressful situations
- Support accessing other services that can help

Our Emotional Wellbeing Practitioners and Listening Volunteers will talk to you about whatever you are struggling with. We do all we can to offer you emotional support that will help you cope with and address the challenges you may face wherever possible. However, if we are not the right service to support you our team will try their best to help you access a service which can.

Currently our phone service operates Mon-Thurs, 9am-7pm, so we can arrange phone support sessions for a time that suits you within this window.

Accessing the Service
To access the service all you need to do is register and one of our team will give you a call. Just let us know you would like to register by emailing or calling us on 0121 517 0476.
