You will receive a daily worksheet with an activity that you can do to start to embed practical ways to support your physical, emotional and mental health.
Each day this week you’ll receive a task, activity or worksheet to get you to think about yourself and identify ways in which you can build resilience into your life. An excellent tool for self development and growth.
