Community Counselling is offering free emotional support via phone or online counselling to adults severely impacted by the coronavirus pandemic.
This project is specifically targeted at people who otherwise can’t access counselling at the moment. This might be because the people, groups or services that you usually turn to for support aren’t currently avaialble; or if you’re working flat out for the NHS you just don’t have time to look around for therapeutic support.
We are offering 3 free counselling sessions to people at the sharp end of the coronavirus pandemic, who either don't have the spare cash to pay for sessions, or work for the NHS. Each session is 50 minutes long. Please get in touch with us if you:

1) Are already experiencing multiple challenges in lifeHave pre-existing mental health issues
2) Are experiencing domestic or other abuse
3) Are self-isolating and have little or no support from friends, family or neighbours
4) Are an NHS worker on the front lines
