As a precaution and in line with national COVID-19 (coronavirus) guidance, our Forward Thinking Birmingham Pause drop-in centre in Digbeth has closed until further notice.

To ensure that children, young people and young adults are able to access support trained practitioners will be available by emailing askbeam@childrenssociety.org.uk or calling 0207 841 4470. The operating hours are between 10am-6pm 7 days a week (please note local call charges do apply).

If you would like to access this service, Please email in the first instance at askbeam@childrenssociety.org.uk, providing us with some information on what you would like support with, if you have accessed one of the drop in service before and if you have a preferred time for us to call you back (AM/PM).

If you have not accessed the drop-in service before, that it fine but to help us support you quickly and get a phone call booked in, please complete the registration and consent form links that will be emailed on the email address that you made contact to us. This ensures that we can deal with your inquiry quickly.

To ensure children, young people, young adults and parents are able to access support while our drop-in services are closed; we have set up a new a call-back telephone service. A member of the Pause team will contact you to provide support as requested.

If you do not have access to the internet, you can access us by calling 020 784 14470 (please note local call charges do apply), Please leave your name, telephone number and a suitable time to call you back in the next 48 hours. Please ensure you speak clearly on the message so that we can make contact with you.
