We are now extending our services and have set up a dedicated helpline which will be in operation 7 days a week from 9.00am to 8.00pm. This is for anyone who needs a helping hand to get shopping done, or wants a listening ear to have the chat with. It can also be used if you have concerns about a neighbour. As part of this new service we will be offering access to Pastoral Support through our network of churches and places of worship.

If you know someone who is isolated, vulnerable or likely to need a bit more support during the coming months, please pass this number on: 0121 647 5105

With their permission, you can give us a call yourself to pass on their details. All details will be kept confidential and only shared securely among organisations who are offering support during this period and any information can be removed from our internal system at any time by request.
