Dance to Health is a free weekly class for older people to build strength, improve balance and confidence, and prevent falls. Delivered by fully trained Dance Artists, the classes combine the evidence based physiotherapy exercises with the joy and creativity of dance. Each class finishes with refreshments.
No dance experience required!
