Accessibility details | Young people can drop in during our opening hours to speak to a counsellor/therapist or a youth worker. If you want to pop along and just check out the service, feel free to come in and take a look - we are based in Digbeth, just opposite the Bullring outdoor markets - no pressure, you don’t have to chat to anyone, you can just come and enjoy the space and read about what we have to offer. |
The Pause service:
acts as vehicle for increasing access to information for 0–25 year olds
is a one-stop shop for support, advice and guidance for all matters relevant to improving emotional well-being and mental health
works closely and proactively with a range of Forward Thinking Birmingham pathways as a delivery point, and works in partnership with other multidisciplinary support services.
We offer the following types of access, meeting young people's needs:
walk-in – young people can come into the hub themselves or on behalf of someone else
telephone – a young person can call the hub to gain initial consultation advice and support over the phone
email – a young person can make enquiries via email
social media – we offer responsive and informative social media accounts
website - we aim to provide informative and clear information in our web content
