Cannon Hill House,
We aim to provide children with the skills and strategies they require to lead more independent and fulfilled lives. Through activity-based programmes, conductors work with children to develop their thinking and learning skills, movement, speech and communication skills, self-care and social skills.
Throughout all the activities we seek to encourage children’s active learning, transforming their abilities and enabling them to overcome the problems they face in everyday life and to create the potential for independent thinking and activity.
We offer a free Parent and Child Service for children from birth to under 3 years of age.
Early Intervention Service for 3 – 6 year olds- full, part time or block placements.
Primary School for 5 – 11 year olds full, part time or block placements.
Weekly sessions for 3 -13yearolds attending with children their own age.
Special sessions for children with Dyspraxia 6-13years.
