Midland Mencap is the lead organisation of Forward Carers, which is made up of a group of not for profit organisations, who together operate the Birmingham Carers Hub.
We have come together with the mission of making a real difference to the lives of carers. Our aim is simple – to improve the physical and mental well-being of carers, young and old, including parent carers, so that families stay healthier and happier together, for longer.
We know that, as a carer, sometimes it can be hard to know where to turn for information, support and advice. That is why we do everything we can to keep carers informed through our free service.
If you come to us with a question, we will do everything in our power to either answer it ourselves or put you in touch with someone who can.
Midland Mencap offers a wide range of services, FREE to local carers and parent carers of people with disabilities, including:
Information and advice line
Drop in sessions across our many Community Hubs
