Advice on a range of issues provided in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
Overall Aim of project:
To support Chinese people in accessing all welfare benefits and public services to which they are legally entitled in order to eradicate or minimise disadvantage and exclusion.
Activities
We provide information, advice and support on range of matters: welfare benefits, NHS health benefits, housing, consumer, education, money worries.
Criteria:
Our Advice & Advocacy project is here for anybody who needs advice and support from Chinese language speakers.
Fees:
Monday and Wednesday appointments:
£5 per 30 minutes - Members
£10 per 30 minutes - Non-Members
Friday morning drop-in session:
10 minutes free advice
