Registering is easy, you can call us on 0121 227 5890 and we will discuss the appropriate options available to you.
You can also pop in to any open access point across Birmingham, look out for the Reach Out Recovery window stickers in your local community.
Make a referral
All you need to do is give us a call on 0121 227 5890 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We also accept referrals from all professionals including GPs, pharmacies and social workers. If you have a client who you feel would benefit from accessing our services or if you are worried about someone you know and want to know how you can help please call us.
You are not required to complete a referral form. However, if you wish you use a form you can download one here:

Stonham Housing Pathways Worker will offer housing advice, guidance or signposting to either the CGL Recovery Worker or the service users themselves to help the Service User remain engaged within their recovery journey. We can support service users to navigate the city’s housing pathways and to provide advice and support with housing applications, making referrals and bidding for properties.
