Registering is easy, you can call us on 0121 227 5890 and we will discuss the appropriate options available to you.
You can also pop in to any open access point across Birmingham, look out for the Reach Out Recovery window stickers in your local community.

Make a referral

All you need to do is give us a call on 0121 227 5890 or email us at birmingham.info@cgl.org.uk.

We also accept referrals from all professionals including GPs, pharmacies and social workers. If you have a client who you feel would benefit from accessing our services or if you are worried about someone you know and want to know how you can help please call us.

You are not required to complete a referral form. However, if you wish you use a form you can download one here:

Referral forms can be sent via secure mail to : Birmingham.secure@CRI.CJSM.net or by fax to 0121 535 7027.

Your CGL Recovery Coordinator will design a package of care that harnesses your strengths, addresses un-met needs and helps you to achieve your goals. Support will be provided as close to your home as possible through a whole network of community venues across the city.

You’ll have access to;

One-to-one and group support, programmes and complementary therapies

Peer mentoring by people with personal experience of the issues you’re facing and opportunities to become a Peer Mentor yourself
Foundations of Recovery (a cutting edge recovery support platform and coaching programme that includes modules such as Foundations of Change, Foundations of Growth, Foundations of Rehabilitation and Live and Thrive )
Other sources of support, like Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous or other mutual aid groups
Breaking Free Online (an online support tool for your recovery journey)
