Hagley Road Village is a 241-home retirement village for people over the age of 55.

Care can be provided by ExtraCare's own on-site staff team, and up to a third of the residents living at Hagley Road Village receive help with their care. Dependent on individual circumstances we can support residents with significant assessed care needs, including dementia. Residents without current care requirements are also very welcome.

Village facilities include a Café bar and Lounge, Craft Room, Enriched Opportunities Suite (to support residents with dementia), Fitness Gym, Greenhouse, Guest Suite, Hairdressing and beauty salon, Indoor short mat bowls (within an enclosed winter garden), Laundrette, Library and IT Suite, Reception Area and Main Street (with communal seating areas), Restaurant, Snooker and Games Room, Village Hall, Village Shop, Well-being Suite and Well-being Bathroom, and Woodwork Room.

Each apartment has a living room, kitchen and shower room. The majority of homes have their own balcony or shared patio areas. Our properties are available for rent, purchase and shared ownership.
