New Oscott Village is a 260-home retirement village for people over the age of 55.
Care can be provided by ExtraCare's own on-site staff team, and approximately a third of the residents living at New Oscott Village receive help with their care. Dependent on individual circumstances we can support residents with significant assessed care needs, including dementia. Residents without current care requirements are also very welcome.
