WomanZone caters exclusively for women with learning disabilities. WomanZone is staffed by a team of women, who come from a range of cultural backgrounds offering a safe environment for women.

At WomanZone, you will have access to all of Options for Life’s Community Based Programmes and will be supported within a appropriate framework.

Making Tracks
Making Tracks provides holistic support to adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex health needs. In addition to our workshops and Community Based Programmes, Making Tracks also provides access to speech and language therapy, hydrotherapy, physiotherapy, chiropody and occupational therapy.

Options for Life provides Making Tracks participants with tailor made support to access a diverse ranch of social opportunities.

Branching Out
Branching Out provides opportunities for older people with learning disabilities. Options for Life supports Branching Out participants to extend their social networks and keep healthy and active within their local community and enjoy full access to our Community Based Programmes.
