To get the support you need, call us on 0333 150 3456 or email us on dementia.connect@alzheimers.org.uk
You can also get access through your GP or another healthcare professional, simply ask them to refer you to Dementia Connect.
Once you’ve contacted us, or been referred by your GP or a healthcare professional, you’ll be contacted by a specially trained Dementia Adviser. They will assess your needs and connect you to the right support.

It’s free of charge and we’ll keep in touch, providing you with ongoing support and services when you need it.
Dementia Connect also includes our Side by Side service, which matches people with dementia with our dedicated volunteers, enabling them to keep doing the things they love.
